Custom mode: writing, your way
Need to sound like an academic? A cowboy? Dr. Seuss? Shakespeare? Custom mode is whatever you want it to be, located on the top bar of the paraphraser.
Just type in a few keywords ("filled with idioms," "in pig Latin," "like Mary Shelley") and we’ll do the rest.
Polish your writing and ensure that it is error-free
With unlimited Custom modes and 7 predefined modes, Paraphraser lets you rephrase text countless ways.
Flares: the Co-Writer’s new menu
Flares give you the ability to generate ideas, start or complete a paragraph, add an example, and draft a new viewpoint into your paper. Just write over 3 words and click on the lightning bolt icon that pops up on the right side of the page.
Our Co-writer's flares will give you the ability to do that!
Paraphraser gone global
QuillBot’s Paraphraser now supports over 23 languages in Standard Mode, including Chinese, Hindi, Portuguese, and Ukrainian. The German Paraphraser also includes Custom Mode, which we touched on above.
Simply navigate to the paraphraser and click "All" to release a drop-down menu with all of the language options.
QuillBot's Paraphrasing Tool will let you do that in 20+ languages!
QuillBot staff recommendation: OneOdio Over-Ear headphones
Our digital marketing copywriter, Sarah, has a recommendation for the best headphones for writers:
"The style is perfect for tuning the world out and focusing on my writing. They’re both Bluetooth and wired, so I can take them on the go or plug them into my record player. The battery also lasts forever, so I can spend all day writing in my favorite coffee shop."
If you’re someone who gets distracted easily, these might just be a game-changer for your writing.
There you have it! We’ll be bringing you the latest and greatest of all things QuillBot every month from here on out.
